Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the brand-new corporate campus in Pleasanton, CA. You will oversee a full-service site with engineering, vendor, and hospitality teams, including 2-3 onsite engineers and coordination of preventive maintenance across a 5-story campus with cafes and breakrooms.

In this operational leadership role, you will optimize facilities and engineering services, manage budgets and safety programs, and develop staff while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in facilities or engineering operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and engineering services across a 5-story campus.
• Manage 2–3 onsite engineers and coordinate pest control, landscaping, fire safety and preventive maintenance vendors.
• Budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships; staff development and continuous improvement.
