VHC Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities Engineering to lead a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of multiple buildings. The role includes supervising the Chief Engineer and ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance is completed to industry standards.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) and extensive experience in facilities management, with preference for a Boiler Operator’s license.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 10 years of experience as a General Mechanic/General Engineer or equivalent.'
• Class III DC or MD Boiler Operator's License preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct supervision of Facilities Engineering personnel and operation of multiple buildings.
• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance per industry standards.
• Oversee contractors for PM, seasonal start-ups, and corrective work per contracts.
• Provide training and perform annual performance reviews for staff.
