PVH Potomac Valley Hospital is seeking a Facilities Engineering Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards for hospital infrastructure.

The role requires formal training or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in building trades, HVAC, and CMMS-driven maintenance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to guide a dedicated team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or four years’ experience in plant operations, maintenance, mechanics or the building trades.
• Five years’ experience in plant operations, maintenance, or the building trades.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Supervises the work assignments of the Facilities Engineering technicians and monitors workflow to assure OHFLAC/TJC standards are met.
• Monitors the Environment of Care elements of performance standards to determine that they are performed on scheduled due dates.
• Monitors elements of performance standards that have failed and require corrective action.
• Coordinates Environment of Care inspections and documents the results of the inspections.
• Coordinates and schedules corrective PFI’s. Documents and monitors the PFI’s on the ESOC web site.
• Supervises the team to ensure work meets quality and regulatory standards.
