Job summary

STN, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineering Lead to oversee critical data center infrastructure, driving reliability, maintenance strategies, and engineering oversight at the Marshfield site.

You will lead engineering programs, coordinate with operations, and champion safety and compliance while guiding upgrades for uptime and efficiency in a demanding industrial environment. You will work with BMS/EPMS, UPS, generators, chillers, and VFDs, delivering RCA investigations and preventive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/electrical facilities engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in critical facilities, data center operations, power generation, utilities, or mission-critical environments.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams, projects, or technical programs.
• Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Experience developing maintenance programs and engineering procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control system diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to facilities engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Serve as the primary engineering authority for all critical facility systems.
• Develop engineering standards, operating procedures, and maintenance strategies.
• Support site operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and reliability of electrical distribution, UPS, generators, cooling, BMS/EPMS, and control systems.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement reliability improvements.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams for project execution.
