Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks an experienced Energy Marshal to lead energy management and electrical safety on mission-critical data center construction projects in Wisconsin. You will oversee energization, LOTO, and switching procedures, working with owners, utilities, and trade partners to assure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive electrical experience, and a track record in large-scale facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with electrical systems on large-scale construction projects.
• Licensed electrician or equivalent senior electrical role with leadership experience.
• Experience supporting mission-critical facilities, data centers, hospitals, or industrial plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy management and electrical safety activities for the project.
• Review and approve energy permits and switching procedures.
• Coordinate energization with owners, utilities, and trade partners.
• Ensure proper LOTO programs and qualified personnel for energized work.
• Maintain and validate single-line diagrams and system documentation.
• Audit energy management practices and safety training.
