Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead data center operations at a Marshfield facility. You will drive uptime, manage maintenance programs, oversee safety protocols, and coordinate vendor activities to support customer objectives.

You will lead incident response, implement CAPAs, and report on performance metrics, while working with a cross‑functional team to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data center operations to maximize uptime and reliability of critical infrastructure.
• Develop and mentor site operations personnel including hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for the facility.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and operational issues.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of critical systems (electrical, UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, fire systems, BMS).
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed per schedule.
• Provide regular reporting on site performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
