Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Senior Facility Engineer to provide technical and operations support for surface facilities in the Bakken, Williston, ND. You will apply engineering and project management expertise to ensure safe operations and regulatory alignment.

You will manage projects from FEED through Operations handover and develop surveillance tools to track facility metrics, while coordinating with operations and regulatory teams to deliver reliable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Oil & Gas engineering experience with a focus on facilities or upstream unconventional.
• Experience in design, operation, and maintenance of surface facilities systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support for surface facilities and ensure safe operations.
• Lead or participate in incidents investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Manage facility upgrade projects from FEED to handover and steward surveillance tools.
