Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Chief Engineer to oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems. You will manage staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities include safety program implementation, PM scheduling, energy conservation, budgeting support, and reports. Experience in building automation, OSHA compliance, and strong leadership are required.

Formación

• Experience in building operations and maintenance management.
• OSHA training/certification experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations and preventive maintenance for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other building systems.
• Supervise staff, subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship.
• Implement and document site safety plans and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate PM tasks and emergency repairs according to priority.
• Maintain CMMS records and generate monthly reports (labor, utility, PM results).
• Provide technical guidance on electrical theory, mechanical systems and safety procedures.
