You will coordinate complex electrical and mechanical systems, oversee external contractors, and develop schedules, estimates, and procurement processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline and 7+ years of experience in maintenance or facility project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction engineering/management or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or facility project management.
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and logistical support to help resolve complex facility and test cell issues.
• Schedule and coordinate the work of outside contractors and vendors.
• Prepare and implement project plans and schedules.
• Provide guidance to facilities personnel and leadership to improve operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in assigned duties.
• Communicate project status in a timely manner to appropriate personnel.
