Responsibilities

• Manage contractor relationships and oversee contract administration.
• Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams for engagements.
• Supervise onsite contractors across facilities, maintenance, landscaping, vehicle repair, and heavy equipment.
• Develop and monitor contractor safety plans and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Conduct contractor inspections and track performance against deliverables.
• Coordinate procurement and inventory of fuels for facility and vehicle operations.
• Serve as primary contact for contractors performing building, facilities or maintenance work.
• Manage maintenance and repair parts inventory; oversee storeroom/crib operations.
• Develop facility asset management strategies to optimize reliability and lifecycle costs.
• Lead asset lifecycle planning including maintenance, replacement, and capital improvements.
• Utilize CMMS data to support maintenance planning and work order processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance workflows and asset management.
• Conduct facility condition assessments and support long-term planning.
• Analyze facility and equipment performance to inform decisions.
• Lead or support capital equipment procurement and project implementation.
• Manage facility and capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
• Develop cost estimates and business cases for facility investments.
• Collaborate with operations to identify improvement opportunities.
