Responsibilities

• Makes minor and emergency repairs to plumbing, lighting, and controls.
• Prepares facilities for opening by ensuring safety, sanitary and security standards.
• Operates boiler and ensures safe operation and logging of readings.
• Maintains inspection records, inventory, and repair logs.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and roof systems.
• Oversees custodians on cleaning procedures and supply usage.
• Supervises snow removal and related tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties within the same classification.
