bp is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to support a growing Permian Midstream organization, including gas processing, saltwater disposal, and pipelines. Responsibilities include field troubleshooting, risk assessments, and project support, with ~25% field time and leadership over contractor teams. Travel about 25% and relocation may be negotiable.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 5+ years in oil and gas, and strong project management and safety compliance experience.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in oil and gas or related industry with large facilities or pipelines.
• Bachelor of Science in engineering; Mechanical or Chemical preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong project management, scope, schedule, cost tracking and assurance.
• Knowledge of engineering design standards and best practices.
• Ability to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily engineering support to field operations and troubleshoot field issues.
• Lead risk assessments, HAZOP/Management of Change, design reviews, and procedures.
• Manage EPC contractors, and coordinate contractor activities.
• Support safe handover of compliant, reliable midstream equipment.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with BPX and contractor teams to meet goals.
