ManpowerGroup's Experis division seeks an Operating Engineer 5 in Yuma, AZ. This onsite role supports commercial building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety.

You will troubleshoot, repair and optimize mechanical and control systems, and monitor contractor work to assure quality and safety. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with building systems, EPA 608 Type II, and proficiency with CMMS, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience maintaining commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and CMMS.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and trade school training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, fire-life safety, and control systems.
• Maintain building equipment through inspections, cleaning, calibration, and component replacement.
• Record readings, analyze performance, and make operational adjustments.
• Monitor outside contractors and ensure quality/cost-effectiveness of services.
• Support preventive maintenance, inventory management, hazardous material compliance, and safety initiatives.
