Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV seeks an Engineer II to respond to room repair calls and maintain building systems across the property. The role requires handling electrical and plumbing tasks, reading blueprints, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a smoke-tinged environment.

This hourly position reports to engineering leadership and supports safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 6 months of maintenance experience, a valid drivers license, and proficiency with tools and MS

Qualifications

Must have 6 months prior maintenance experience or education.
Must have a valid drivers license.
General understanding of assembly, installation, maintenance, repair, and service of various equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively over the radio and in person.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products.

Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance of all building systems and equipment to ensure safe operation.
Inform management of problems requiring maintenance and report deficiencies promptly.
Communicate with other shifts to minimize downtime on projects.
Respond to accident scenes and emergency calls.
Maintain daily records of work requests and planned maintenance.
