Qualifications

5+ years of related facilities experience.
Able to multitask and manage priorities.
Physically capable to perform duties.
Proficient with Microsoft-based software.
Fast-paced environment experience.

Responsibilities

Operate, inspect, maintain, service and repair all mechanical and electrical systems.
Coordinate and oversee outsourced vendor work; approve scope, schedule, and supervise.
Serve as primary contact for tenants; build relationships and communicate openly.
Ensure tools, equipment and literature are available for tasks.
Respond to tenant service requests promptly and monitor building automation.
Oversee on-site construction activities and assist contractors.
Maintain inventory of parts and supplies; ensure cost-effective purchases.
Ensure facilities comply with ADA, CFC, OSHA regulations.
Keep mechanical/storage areas clean and orderly.
Assist Property Manager with budgets and bids.
Interface with leasing team and prospective tenants as needed.
