Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency response, and customer service for occupants.

The role requires 3+ years in a large facility, ability to read schematics, and a valid driver’s license. Onsite, first and second shift work are available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a large commercial facility or similar setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot major building systems (HVAC, BAS, electrical).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per procedures and schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls problems and take corrective action.
• Maintain logs, readings, and work orders; ensure safety and compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Provide professional service to occupants and internal customers.
