Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–10 years of facilities experience.
• Proven leadership in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems.
• Strong vendor, budget, and preventative maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct oversight, training, coaching, and guidance to facilities team members.
• Oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, generators, and BAS systems.
• Ensures continuous uptime of gaming, hotel, and entertainment operations.
• Leads emergency response, incident command, and root-cause analysis.
• Manages budgets, vendor contracts, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinates equipment replacement and minor capital projects.
