Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a facilities engineering leader to manage 24/7 operations for a critical environment facility in North Carolina. You will oversee MEP systems, building controls, and preventive maintenance to sustain reliability and uptime.

You will drive safety, regulatory compliance and energy efficiency while mentoring a team of engineers and coordinating with property and client teams to deliver high-performing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing 24/7 facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lead incident response and troubleshooting.
