How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert for all technical aspects of your assigned area, providing leadership, program management, and strategic direction.

  • Develop and refine preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, including PLCs, ladder logic programming, vision systems, and variable frequency drives.

  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize spare parts usage.

  • Design, install, test, and monitor automation systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

  • Train and support teams in adapting to new systems and technologies.

  • Uphold safety protocols and drive 5S standards for operational excellence.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.

  • 5+ years of maintenance/facilities related experience.

  • Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), and robotic systems.

  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Proven track record in manufacturing operations and Union trades management.

  • Ability to manage 24/7 operations, including occasional off-shift and weekend work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge in robotics applications, motion planning, and offline programming.

  • Background in design, tooling, or new product launches is a plus.
