Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operational excellence in service delivery - Site Operations and Equipment Maintenance.
2. Monitoring technical parameters, data gathering, inventory of technical consumables, and ensuring equipment availability and status daily or per shift.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of supervisory experience in Manufacturing or Commercial Facility management.
• At least 10 years of direct experience in Engineering, Site Operations, and Asset Maintenance & Management in Manufacturing or large commercial portfolios.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or within 1 hour travel to FPIP Client site.
• Highly technical, knowledgeable in Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management Framework, and Equipment maintenance planning and execution.
• Knowledgeable in Energy Management Systems, Environmental compliance, and Occupational Health & Safety programs.
• Familiar with Local Regulatory Compliance, Permits & Licenses (MEPF & EHS).
• Minimum SO2 knowledge and Occupational Health & Safety expertise.
