Job Title:

Senior Facilities Engineer

Job Description:

Entegris is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team at our Burnet, TX facility.

In this role, you will oversee factory support systems such as DIW, N2, air, exhaust, chillers, and boilers to ensure reliable and safe operations. You will monitor and troubleshoot the utilities systems' health and drive improvements, including capital projects to expand system capacity.

What You'll Do

1. Drive a 'Safety First' culture through audits and risk mitigation solutions.
2. Oversee site utilities systems, troubleshoot issues, monitor data, and identify improvements.
3. Conduct safety reviews and contribute to HAZOP reviews.
4. Lead medium-sized capital projects to expand capacity.
5. Perform facility modifications using the management of change process.
6. Analyze maintenance trends to reduce unplanned downtimes.
7. Assist in developing short and long-term facility plans and documentation.
8. Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
9. Manage contractors and review service costs.
10. Create documentation for equipment and processes.
11. Update and standardize existing process documentation.

What We Seek

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, utilities, project execution, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional project management skills.
• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, control logic diagrams, and risk assessment tools.
• Experience in executing small to moderate scale capital projects.
• Ability to present technical data effectively and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (<5%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SPC, ISO standards, and chemical compatibility studies.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials handling.
• Experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar.
• Process design experience for boilers, tanks, and utility systems.
• Tenacity and collaboration skills to drive projects and inspire change.
