Job summary

Baxter is hiring an experienced Electrician, Sr. Technician, to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across our facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, mentor peers, and ensure safety and adherence to 6S and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities electrical work, NYS Master Journeyman preferred, and OSHA 30 or equivalent certification. Base salary ranges from $68,000 to $93,500 with potential discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or technical training preferred.
• NYS Master Journeyman Electrician preferred; OSHA 30 certification within 90 days.
• Lockout/Tagout and Arc flash training certification preferred.
• Experience as licensed electrician with lead/senior responsibilities (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems in facilities.
• Lead and mentor facilities technicians; train new staff as needed.
• Perform repairs on electrical equipment, pumps, and controls.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and 6S compliance; document activities.
