Job summary

Rennscot MFG in Woburn, MA is seeking a Facilities & EHS Manager to drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This hands-on leadership role covers environmental, health and safety programs, facility maintenance, emergency preparedness, and site projects, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality and IT to reduce risk and improve uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EHS, facilities, plant operations within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• CSP/CHMM/CFM or similar certification preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs and maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA and local requirements.
• Oversee facility infrastructure, maintenance, and reliability improvements.
• Plan and lead facility repairs and improvement projects.
• Coordinate Emergency Response Team and training activities.
