Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience bringing parts from prototype to full production.
• Knowledge of GD&T, metrology, and dimensional quality management.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (AS9100, ISO 13485 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in operating and programming multi-axis CNC machines.
• Familiarity with Hypermill, ESPRIT and/or Fusion 360.

Responsibilities

• Own the most technically demanding CNC manufacturing projects (multi-axis programming, tooling, fixturing).
• Develop guidelines, workflows, and documentation to keep work consistent and scalable.
• Drive quality improvements through better measurement strategies and process controls.
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturing decisions and communicate trade-offs.
