Job summary

Vixxo in Colwich, KS is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to oversee the direction, coordination, and completion of client work requests across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and handyman trades. The role emphasizes strict adherence to contract terms and service levels.

You will assign contractors via the CWFS base, communicate expectations, provide client schedule updates, and escalate large or capital projects for approval while supporting issue resolution throughout the work order

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required; some colleges preferred.
Outstanding customer service skills are required.
Minimum two years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator or equivalent.
Basic understanding of facilities repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
Ability to operate general office equipment.
Strong time management and adaptability.
Effective verbal communication and listening skills.
Attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

Receive and organize work requests from clients across trades like handyman, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Assign contractors using the CWFS contractor base; escalate costs over $1500 to the manager.
Ensure contractors meet client rates and SLAs; clearly communicate expectations to contractors.
Provide clients with schedule, progress, and completion updates for work orders.
Escalate capital or large-scale requests for review and approval.
Help resolve issues across the work order life cycle with stakeholders.
