Vixxo is seeking a full-time Senior Facilities Coordinator to be based in our Colwich, KS office. The role directs and coordinates work requests across handyman, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades, ensuring alignment with client contracts and company policy.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience as a facilities coordinator, and strong customer service, time management, and communication skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills are required.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Receive and organize work requests from clients across trades (handyman, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Assign contractors using the CWFS contractor base and escalate costs >$1500.
• Ensure contractor rates and SLAs meet client and manager directions.
• Provide updates to clients on schedules, progress, and completion details.
• Escalate capital or large scope requests for review and approval.
• Support resolution of issues through the work order life cycle.
• Document scope changes and obtain client/manager approval.
• Track and report facility management activities using CWFS.
• Assist with resolving escalated noncompliant contractor invoicing with documentation.
