Job summary

118-WW TMG MFG OPS is seeking a highly experienced Facilities Controls Technician to lead installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation. You will own North Campus factory controls systems and drive reliability for critical utility and building systems in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
10 years’ experience with industrial controls, PLC programming/logic troubleshooting, and instrumentation.
Willingness to handle after-hours call-in situations.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to potentially critical situations and troubleshoot system components.
Review and implement SOPs on all related systems.
Provide technical support for 24-hour operations team.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC/HMI/SCADA programs and hardware for chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, and process utilities.
Perform PM/CM on control panels, relays, motor controls, VFDs, and instrumentation per work orders.
Calibrate and repair transmitters, pressure/temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves.
Design and maintain control systems networks and hardware.
Maintain as-built documentation and spare parts records.
