Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial electrical maintenance or technical support experience.
• Associate degree in Industrial Systems or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
• CCST Level I certification preferred or willingness to obtain with company support.
• Strong PLC, HMI, and VFD experience; GE/Emerson and Siemens platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial networks and electrical troubleshooting; able to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical maintenance support by troubleshooting equipment and identifying failure points to improve reliability.
• Maintain, test, and repair electrical control systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and VFDs.
• Read, interpret, update, and communicate electrical drawings and schematics.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and preventive maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, mechanical, process, and reliability teams to support objectives.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance initiatives by maintaining controls and housekeeping standards.
