Job summary

Los Angeles Metro seeks an experienced professional to oversee outsourced maintenance services for facilities and ROWs. You will supervise contract delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with procurement, real estate, and engineering teams to ensure compliance and timely execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of supervisory contracts experience, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Public Administration, Business, or related field.
• Three years of supervisory experience in contracts management and budget administration.
• Experience with facilities operations, track, signal, or rail engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of FCM contractors and technical personnel, internal or external, engaged in contracted maintenance services.
• Oversees service contracts including development, review, and update of documents, budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Coordinates procurement actions with Vendor/Contract Management to ensure timely execution and continuity.
• Prepares requisitions, statements of work, cost estimates, and justifications for procurement of goods or services.
• Reviews bids/proposals, participates in contractor selection, and conducts technical evaluations.
