southeastern Freight Lines seeks a Construction & Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations of terminals nationwide. You will monitor assets, manage budgets, and supervise contractors and vendors to protect company assets and ensure safe, compliant facilities.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and budgeting acumen, with experience in construction, facilities maintenance, and related disciplines preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in building construction, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a Trade School Certificate/Diploma in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience with installation and maintenance of concrete and asphalt paving, roofing, HVAC, and generators is also preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations of service centers across the Company’s footprint.
• Monitor and inspect assets, oversee contractors and external vendors, and manage construction budgets.
• Ensure safety and asset protection; prioritize safety and create a positive work environment for associates.
• Develop project schedules, review plans and submittals, and monitor contractor performance.
• Track costs and manage invoices to maintain budgets and cost history.
