Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in building construction, facilities maintenance, or related field.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and budgeting.
• Ability to manage internal/external stakeholders and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations of service centers; ensure safety and functionality.
• Monitor assets, oversee contractors and external vendors, and manage construction budgets.
• Prepare scope of work, solicit bids, and award contracts for facility projects.
• Coordinate owner-furnished items and ensure timely delivery at best pricing.
• Develop project schedules, review plans, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Conduct regular site visits; monitor progress and approve payments.
• Close out projects with as-built docs, lien releases, and occupancy certificates.
• Track costs and report on construction/maintenance expenditures.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, Fleet Maintenance, and other departments.
• Support opening of new facilities and lease/repair requirements.
