Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Facilities & Construction Contract Management SETA to provide full-spectrum contract management support across pre- and post-award phases for a government customer. The role focuses on post-award contract execution while also contributing to pre-award activities, requirements analysis, and acquisition package preparation.

The successful candidate will oversee construction and facilities projects, including new construction and upgrades, monitor contractor

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with active Top Secret clearance with Polygraph.
• SCI access eligibility as determined by the Government.
• Experience supporting post-award contract execution and program management in construction/facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum contract management across pre- and post-award lifecycle.
• Develop and review acquisition packages including RFPs/RFIs and associated documentation.
• Draft and refine SOWs for new task orders and modifications.
• Monitor contractor performance against cost, schedule and technical baselines.
• Coordinate with PMs, COTRs, COs, and contractors to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
