Job summary

ASTI Environmental | A Division of PEA Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Services Project Manager to lead PCA, FCA, building envelope, roofing and pavement assessments for commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage budgets and client relations, and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a strong background in facility assessments, building systems, and cost estimation, with opportunities to expand services and grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• LEED accreditation or CFM/SFM preferred but not required.
• 10+ years in facilities management, property assessments or related fields; 15+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of facility and property condition assessment projects.
• Oversee building and site evaluations including roofing, envelopes, MEP systems, and ADA accessibility.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports with cost estimates and recommended repairs/replacements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scope, contracts, and staff utilization.
• Maintain client communications and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Mentor multidisciplinary staff and collaborate across disciplines to meet project needs.
