Anderson Center for Autism is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician IV – Carpenter to ensure our environments remain safe and functional. This role involves performing skilled carpentry work and general maintenance to maintain the agency's facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and sufficient carpentry experience. This position offers a competitive pay range of $27.44 - $32.44 hourly based on experience and a generous benefits package including up to 6 weeks of paid time off.

Qualifications

• Sufficient carpentry experience and technical knowledge to perform responsibilities independently.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and perform accurate measurements.
• Working knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
