Zusammenfassung

Anderson Center for Autism is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician 2 to join our Operations team. You will help maintain campus grounds, safety, and outdoor environments that support learning, recreation, independence, and well-being for individuals we serve.

You will perform groundskeeping tasks, respond to maintenance needs, and assist with seasonal operations while following established procedures. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliability guides daily work.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, campus maintenance, or related fields preferred.
• Experience operating lawn equipment, power tools, tractors, snow removal equipment, or related maintenance equipment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain safety, appearance, and functionality of campus grounds and outdoor environments.
• Perform groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance to support a welcoming environment for individuals, staff, families, and visitors.
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently following Operations Department procedures.
• Operate tools, equipment, and maintenance resources safely to complete projects.
• Maintain outdoor spaces, walkways, common areas, and campus properties for safety and accessibility.
• Assist with seasonal grounds activities (landscaping, debris removal, snow/ice management, storm cleanup).
• Identify hazards and communicate concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations to address safety and regulatory compliance.
