Bullpen in Houston is seeking a Senior Facilities Asset Manager to oversee performance, maintenance, and capital planning across a diverse commercial portfolio. You will lead asset strategy, manage budgets, and ensure properties meet high safety and efficiency standards.

The role requires travel to sites, hands-on leadership of facilities teams, and collaboration with senior leadership to maximize NOI and asset value.

Qualifications

10+ years of asset management or facilities management experience.
Experience overseeing large geographically dispersed portfolios.
Proficiency with CMMS platforms such as Yardi, FMX, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead asset and facilities management across a portfolio of commercial properties.
Develop and maintain capital plans, operating budgets, and preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor property performance and facilities-related expenses to reduce costs and increase NOI.
Track portfolio performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Oversee major building systems (HVAC, roofing, mechanical, electrical, elevators).
Manage facilities personnel, maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors.
Negotiate vendor agreements and ensure performance, cost, and quality targets.
Determine staffing, equipment, and material requirements within budget.
