Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves sourcing work, providing technical leadership, and managing facilities assessment projects with client-facing responsibilities.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate project meetings, and ensure high-quality reports and deliverables while collaborating with architects, engineers, and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related experience in facility condition assessment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of facility condition assessment and property condition assessment services.
• Lead client meetings and/or calls to present and discuss report findings and conclusions.
• Oversee preparation and review of reports, and provide final sign-off.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams to drive quality.
