This part-time W-2 role requires on-site collaboration in Playa Vista (Los Angeles) or New York, with potential placements at the AI Lab. Candidates should have 4+ years in hands-on animation and credits on feature films or AAA game cinematics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on character animation experience
• Credits on 2+ feature films, animated features, or AAA game cinematics
• Direct experience with facial animation and/or performance capture
• Meticulous eye for micro-expressions and emotional beats
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for generating test samples
• Ability to translate visual details into precise data captions and templates

Responsibilities

• Establish evaluation standards for emotional resonance and facial fidelity.
• Curate benchmarks with clear test cases for model evaluation.
• Shape the reviewer pool by defining profiles, expertise mix, and rubrics.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.
