Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert/resource for the team and business partners while leading the analysis, design and development of high volume, low latency applications for mission critical systems delivering high-availability and performance to best meet customer needs.
• Provide technical leadership to other IT specialists to rapidly develop and deliver stunning solutions that meet changing business needs.
• Conduct discovery and fact finding to understand complex problems and independently execute assignments.
• Evaluate options to provide solution buy vs. build recommendations to management.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to development and production issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Stay current with technology trends and IT best practices to apply learning to the business.
• Occasionally lead projects and support department initiatives and training.
