Job summary

Skyline Windows seeks a Lead Project Manager to own full project ownership and guide PMs through execution. You will ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, interfacing with clients, architects, and consultants to support project execution.

The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage budgets, schedules, and complex detailing across milestones and teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in façade/window industry (required).
• Glass and aluminum window experience.
• College degree in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own PM performance, quality, and outcomes across all projects and teams.
• Oversee multiple complex projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Leads largest projects and mentors other PM team members.
• Identify design risks, flaws, and opportunities for innovation.
• Lead high-level client, architect, and consultant interactions and strategic discussions.
• Ensure highest level of accuracy and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes.
• Review Job Specification highlights and notes for risks.
