Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple façade and glazing projects, acting as the primary liaison between clients, designers, suppliers, and operations. You will drive profitability, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle.

Lead and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, ensure quality and safety, and deliver complex curtain wall, glazing, and exterior enclosure initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in façade, glazing, curtain wall, cladding, architectural metals, or building envelope industries.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial façade projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of unitised curtain wall systems, storefronts, architectural metal panels, structural glass, and rainscreen assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple façade and glazing projects from contract award through completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead coordination between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, field operations, and executive leadership.
• Conduct regular project reviews and site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
• Identify project risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accountability for project budgets, forecasts, and profitability reports.
• Monitor invoicing, collections, and cash flow performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide mentorship to Project Managers, Assistants, and Coordinators.
