Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a leading architectural metal and glass contractor in the NYC metro area to oversee a portfolio of high-value façade projects, including curtain wall, window wall and storefront systems.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through pre-construction to closeout, manage budgets and change orders for $2M–$15M+ jobs, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers and architects.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in architectural glass, metal or façade contracting.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects across NYC and Northern New Jersey.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills.
• Proficiency with construction project management software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple glazing and façade projects valued at $2M–$15M+.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, installation and closeout.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and project support teams.
• Manage client relationships across general contractors, developers and architects.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project requirements.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control and change orders.
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, fabrication and field teams.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
