Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead curtain wall, storefront, glazing, and architectural metal projects across New York City. This hands-on role manages from contract award through final closeout, coordinating GC/CMs, design teams, vendors, and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and contract requirements.

You will develop schedules, manage shop drawings, procurement, cost tracking, and change orders, and ensure safety and quality on NYC sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or exterior facade.
• Experience coordinating with GC/CM, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage curtain wall, storefront, glazing, and architectural metal projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with GC/CM teams, design consultants, vendors, and field staff.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Monitor costs, procurement, and overall project profitability.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on NYC sites.
