Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Facades Engineering Project Manager in New York, NY. You will manage complex façade projects from concept through construction, coordinating curtain wall, glazing, and enclosure systems while partnering with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a PE license, strong communication, and leadership skills to drive schedules, budgets, and quality. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in façade engineering or related roles.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade engineering projects from concept design through construction administration.
• Coordinate design and analysis of façade systems (curtain wall, window wall, cladding, glazing, waterproofing).
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project planning: scope, schedules, budgets, and resource coordination.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field observations to ensure constructability and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts.
