Qualifications

• Completion of accredited program; six years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Licenses or Certifications: None.
• Indoor environment; loud noises; heavy manual lifting; crane operation.

Responsibilities

• Layout and assemble flat and formed plate components from engineering drawings.
• Plasma or thermal cutting and grinding to generate weld preps.
• Tack weld to join parts as part of assembly.
• Assemble finished machined parts for fit and subsequent machining.
• Read measurements with micrometers and calipers; maintain clean work area.
