RTX’s Collins Aerospace facility in Windsor Locks, CT is hiring for an onsite manufacturing role on the 3rd shift (12am–6:30am). The position requires a high school diploma or GED and US citizenship, with 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. Training may begin on 1st/2nd/3rd shifts during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of equipment to fabricate and test air bearings.
• Set up and operate power and brake presses, forming equipment, welders, and sanders.
• Mix and apply braze alloy and coatings as required.
• Program and operate furnaces for heat treat and brazing, and perform proof pressure tests.
• Monitor workflow and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Use measuring instruments to verify configurations and quality.
