Responsibilities

• Directs fabrication operations so that production and budgetary goals are consistently met.
• Oversees and monitors operations to ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Determines equipment availability and capabilities to efficiently schedule and move fabrication orders through the facility.
• Coordinates shop activities with sales and ensures safety compliance (OSHA).
• Manages inventory, including scrap, and monitors rebar inventory and loading/unloading of trucks.
