Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a fabrication and quality control leader to oversee the manufacturing processes and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

You will monitor shop performance, enforce safety standards, train staff, and manage workflows across the operation in an on-site environment. This role requires strong leadership, adherence to OSHA regulations, and collaboration with operations, quality, and management teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline required.
• Generally 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Certification may be required.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees fabrication and quality control processes and monitors progress to meet deadlines.
• Checks fabrication of all material and reports shop performance weekly.
• Ensures workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
• Ensures orders are processed completely and signs off on product quality.
• Manages inventory, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
• Trains associates as lead or trainer and ensures access to tools and training.
• Manages workflow and schedules, maintaining a positive environment.
