Stage One NYC is seeking a Project Manager in Brooklyn to oversee contract furnishing projects from initiation to installation. You will coordinate client files, specbooks, orders, and installation logistics while liaising with developers, contractors, and owners’ representatives.

The role emphasizes organization, ownership, and accountability, with a focus on timely delivery, budget control, and clear, proactive communication across internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in logistics or operations.
• Ability to read construction plans and specbooks.
• Proficiency in tools such as Odoo, Hubspot, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings and ensuring clear communication between all internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of contract projects—from collecting client files to managing specbook deliverables, tracking orders, and coordinating installation logistics.
• Logistics Oversight: Ensure all items are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time using tools such as Odoo, while collaborating closely with the warehouse and vendors.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Monitor timelines and budgets across multiple projects, making adjustments as needed to keep projects within scope and on schedule.
• Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, offering solutions that minimize disruption and uphold client satisfaction.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the estimator, purchaser, designer, and warehouse team to ensure deliverables reflect client needs and preferences; support warehouse coordination to enable smooth installations.
