Job summary

Architectural Fabrication is seeking a Project Manager to organize and coordinate multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and superior client communication. The role emphasizes a proactive, cross-functional approach with internal teams and subcontracted services.

The candidate will oversee budgets, change orders, and project schedules, leveraging Salesforce for documentation and reporting while promoting safety and quality throughout all phases of the build.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of construction or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings including plan sets and isometrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Milestones PM+ is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule project activities and milestones to meet objectives.
• Ensure project details are well-documented and communicated to the project team via Salesforce.
• Develop and manage project budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and resolve problems from internal and external sources.
• Promote and maintain standards for safety awareness and behavior.
